Selecting Your Niche
The first step to creating an effective value creation system is selecting a niche.
Once we have a niche, we can find the ‘inputs’ for our system.
DO NOT OVERTHINK THIS!
If you’re struggling to find a niche, just pick one from this list and move on:

PICK 2-3 NICHES
Remember:
It should sound specific, but actually be broad.
The Golden Rule: Can you find 50-100 people in that niche every day?
Try to stick to the “big 3” most profitable niches when it comes to general interest domains. (Health, Wealth, Relationships)
Step 2: Creating Compelling Offers
Once we have a specific niche to target, we can craft a compelling offer (the most important stimulus in our system!) to get our niche to take action through our value creation system.
Latent Conditions - Understanding the underlying physiological, situational, or cognitive conditions that humans in a specific niche/market share is the FIRST and most important step when creating any stimuli, especially your offer

DON’T OVERTHINK THIS!
The whole point of this is to get practice thinking about the latent conditions of your niche and how you can position your messaging/stimuli to best appeal to them.
This will take some reps but it will be the highest-leverage task you do when it comes to acquiring clients.

Your offer will evolve over time as you become skilled at creating offers and develop a deeper understanding of your niche.
But everyone starts at offer #1. Don’t overthink it. Your first offer will suck. Just start.
