Hey Hustlers!
In the last newsletter you got the “Value Creation” of Copywriting
Today you’ll learn about “THE VALUE CREATION SYSTEMS”
Let me teach you the value creation systems that work!
In this module, we’ll be covering value creation systems, how they work, and how they make money.
The rest of the program hinges on this training. DO NOT watch any following modules until you have watched this one in full. I don’t say that willy-nilly, this training is essential to your success in this program. Pay attention.
Systems ⚙️
To consistently generate money (value creation), we need to create a value creation system.
A value creation system is a system that consistently generates value by solving problems.
(which alleviates pain.)
To build an effective value creation system, we must start by defining what a system is:
System:
a collection of processes designed to process inputs into outputs.
System Components:
Goal: the desired result from running the system
Input: that raw materials processed by the system
Process: the thing that combines/manipulates the inputs into the output
Output: the end product produced
Feedback: the info produced as the system runs, used to improve the input/process
Example System:
Golf Swing System Components:
Goal: hit the ball close to hole
Inputs: golfer, ball, club
Process: golf swing
Output: ball flys (ideally towards hole)
Feedback: swing data (mph, clubface angle, arm angle, distance traveled, flight angle, etc.)
Value Creation System ⚙️
Now let’s look at an overview of the value creation system we’ll be building throughout this program:
Value Creation System Components:
Goal: $$$
Inputs: humans in a niche with pain (business owners)
Process: acquisition > conversion > value delivery (our funnel)
Output: satisfied customers, $$$ (business owners we made $$$)
Feedback: metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.)
By optimizing inputs and processes using feedback from running the system, we can achieve more of the goal output we want: $$$
Value Creation Process ➡️
Our goal is to turn strangers into satisfied paying clients.
We do that by creating a process that accomplishes that goal.
If you recall from the First Principles module, we get strangers to take actions we want by exposing them to stimuli.
We link those together to form a micro-action chain.
Example of a cold outreach micro-action chain:
Click on email > Read email > Click on Loom link > Watch Loom > Click Calendly Link > Fill out questions > Book a call > Add to calendar > Click on reminder email/sms > show up to call
We create these micro-action chains by creating effective stimuli chains:
Subject line > body copy > loom gif > loom script > loom cta > calendar q’s > automation follow-up > reminder email/sms > starting call reminder
To accomplish the macro-action of turning a stranger into a client, we simply link together stimuli chains to achieve the next action in our micro-action chains.
This stimuli chains make up our process.
Subsystems ⚙️
Inside of our macro-system, we have subsystems.
These subsystems work together to create the macro-action we desire.
Let’s look at the subsystems inside of the value creation system we’ll be building:
S1: Acquisition (Latent conditions -> Booked Appointments)
S2: Conversion (Booked Appointments -> Closed Clients)
S3: Value Delivery (Closed Clients -> Satisfied Clients With Pain Alleviated)
By optimizing each subsystem we create the desired output of the macro-system: $$$
We do that by optimizing the stimuli chains that produce each action chain, inside each subsystem.
Here’s a full diagram:

WE WILL BE GIVING YOU STIMULI CHAINS AND SHOWING YOU HOW TO OPTIMIZE THEM…
GIVING YOU A SYSTEM THAT CONSISTENTLY GENERATES $$$!!!
THAT IS THE ENTIRE REST OF THE PROGRAM
I HOPE YOU’RE EXCITED!
Now you can see how all of this fits together.
If you’re a little overwhelmed, good.
That means you’re learning.
And don’t worry, we’re going to walk step-by-step through building this entire system in this program.
Let’s do it.
Stay tuned ! See you at next mail.
