Hey Hustlers!
Last mail we sent you, “THE DRIVER” Part 1 of this module
Today is part 2 and the last part of this.
Please ensure you have read the previous email. Without it, you can’t go with this module.
Let’s dive in…
My Skill Stacking Framework
Go DEEP in one skill (10,000 hours)
(Ideally a skill rooted in persuasion, solves bigger problems)
(marketing, advertising, social media growth, copywriting, sales, appt setting, etc)
“80-20” every other complimentary skill you can (~20 hours)
(ruthlessly learn 20% of the skill that gives you 80% of the results, then move on)
(you can spend more time on the “persuasion” skills)
ALWAYS use the “hyper-learning” cycle to learn skills as fast as possible
The Hyper-Learning Cycle

DO - write copy
LEARN - watch course module/read books
STUDY - breakdown good copy
ITERATE - use feedback to make changes & improve
Step 1 - Do
(write copy)
“Knowledge is nothing without action. Nothing changes until you do something. What you do will directly determine what you learn.”
“There can be no learning without action, and no action without learning”
Knowledge = Lego Piece
Action = Building

Without action:
More knowledge = Overwhelm/Confusion

With action:
More knowledge = Growth/Clarity/Success
The solution to overthinking is writing.
How To “Do”
Just write.
It will suck.
Give yourself permission to suck.
If you feel intense resistance, you are doing it right.
Write 100 sales pages, by 101 you will suck way less.
Do what you want to be good at.
Step 2 - Learn
(watch course module/read books)
We no longer hunt for food, we hunt for specific information.
New information can be used as the “lego blocks” for growth, clarity, and success.
When you’re building, new knowledge/information is good.
How To “Learn”
Only learn after you have completed your “Do” task.
Use all of the courses/books. (use my book list)
Search for principles, not tactics.
Take notes that you can use tomorrow when you “Do”
Step 3 - Study
(breakdown good copy)
Studying ≠ Learning.
“In order to be one of the greats, you have to study the greats.”
“Study the greats and become greater”

Knowledge = Lego Piece
Action = Building
Studying = Blueprints/frameworks
How To “Study”
Study the copy in the Copy Elite databases
Find what’s working now and break it down/dissect it.
Create frameworks/outlines/notes based on what you see.
Try to understand why certain words, phrases & techniques were used.
Step 4 - Iterate
(use feedback to make changes & improve)
Iteration is the difference between linear (or no) progress, and exponential progress.
“Practice makes perfect”
Practice + Feedback + Iteration = Perfect
(Andrew Tate Speaking Example)
The Key: Improve slightly, every rep.

Reps > Time
Success doesn’t come after a certain time.
Success comes after lots of reps.
Lots of reps takes lots of time.
More reps = more iteration.
How To “Iterate”
Get your notes from “learning”.
Get your notes from “studying”.
Get your feedback from coaches reviewing your copy.
Find one important aspect you should improve on
Go back and use all of this new information/knowledge to improve your copy.
3 - Focus
“I want to be more productive!” = you want more money
What does “being productive” actually mean?
“being productive” ≠ amount of work completed in amount of time
“being productive” = output per unit of input
You work 8 hours a day and make $150 ($150/8 = $18.75/hour)
You work 8 hours a day and make $6000 ($6000/8 = $750/hour)
You would consider #2 to be more productive.
The output per unit of input is greater.
But that’s because your GOAL is more money.
If your goal was to become a world-class swimmer…
Making more $$$/hour wouldn’t mean you were being more productive.
So here’s my new definition:
Productivity: the measure of desired output per unit of input
So here’s the real questions…
How do we maximize the desired output per unit of input?
How do we maximize the amount of input?
So for our goals:
How do you make the most money per hour of work?
How do you maximize the amount of work you can do?
This masterclass caters to two types of people…
The “I want to work 4 hours/week and then frolic around” crowd
The “I want to work 12 hours/day and CONQUER THE WORLD” crowd
Let’s dive in.

1 - The Goal
No goal -> don’t know your problems -> don’t know your solutions.
Muddy goal -> muddy problems -> muddy solutions.
Clear goal -> clear problems -> clear solutions.
You must know WHY you have the goal.
“He who has a strong why can bear any how.”
2 - Inputs
Time ≠ input (working 8 hours is NOT 8 hours of input)
Focus = input (attention)
Your job:
Increasing the total amount of inputs available.
Removing distractions (micro and macro)
Micro: No one has more than 24 hours.
6 hours of screen time
Flip phone -> 6 hours back
Macro: The rule of 3
Faith, Wife, Business (Gym took a backseat)
Increasing the quality of inputs
Focus training
“Meditation”
On-The-Go Training
Dopamine Optimization (comparison/boredom)
Diet/Training
MORE UNITS OF FOCUS PER DAY
EACH UNIT IS MORE POWERFUL
3 - Input Multiplier
Now that you have units of powerful focus to devote towards your goal, how do you ensure they’re being used in the most effective way possible?
That’s where the input multiplier comes in.
input x (input multiplier) = desired output
10 inputs x (0.1 input multiplier) = 1 units of desired output
10 inputs x (0.5 input multiplier) = 5 units of desired output
10 inputs x (2.0 input multiplier) = 20 units of desired output
This is how I hit $10k/m with copywriting in 2 months.
WHAT you do matters more than how MUCH you do.
We can rate the “what” you do by the input multiplier.
Construction workers work much harder than me, yet I make 10-20x more…
So here’s the big question:
What is the MOST effective task I can work on to produce my desired output?
To help find this, ask yourself:
What would I need to do to make it unreasonable for me to NOT hit my goal?
Combine that with the 1000-hour test.
So you want to hit $10k/m.
What would make it more unreasonable for you to not hit your goal:
Designing a cool logo/profile picture?
Sending outreach?
Which one would get you closer to your goal if you spent 1000 hours doing it:
1000 hours of designing cool logos?
1000 hours of sending outreach?
It’s a scale… NOT binary.
The key is finding what is MOST effective.
A lot of tasks are positive for you to do, but what is the MOST positive?
That’s how you get ahead.
input x (input multiplier) = desired output
10 hours of focus x logo design (0.05 input multiplier) = 0.5 units of desired output
10 hours of focus x high-value outreach (2 input multiplier) = 20 units of desired output
Goal: Find and work on the HIGHEST leverage tasks possible.
The highest leverage activities, or “HLAs” as I call them.
Remember these are only in relation to your GOAL.
Goal: $10k/m as a copywriter.
HLA’s: Writing copy, sending outreach, iterating on both.
4 - Iteration
We want to constantly improve our productivity.
The secret - Becoming Addicted
This will
+ increase input maximization
+ increase desired output
- decrease time til goal achieved
How? - Tracking and Iteration
Basically: Turning your life into a video game
Video games are so addicting because they amplify our natural physiological loops.
They allow us to have smaller inputs for bigger rewards.
The key to hitting your goals lightning-fast: DO THIS FOR YOUR REAL LIFE!!!
That’s it for today!
I know long emails are annoying, but trust me, this will be worth your time.
Catch you up later <3
